EUGENE BOUDIN AND HIS PAINTINGS OF THE NORMANDY SEASIDE RESORTS & CLAUDE MONET, HIS WORK AND GIVERNY

Eugene Boudin is generally credited with persuading Monet to paint in the open air. We shall start by examining Boudin’s delightful paintings of Honfleur, Trouville and Deauville which evoke a world now gone by. We shall continue by looking at the life and work of Claude Monet and go on to look at some of the paintings which he did while living in Giverny.

Please note that as accommodation in the Oddfellows Hall has to be limited to 42 people, applications will be restricted to members only.

Cost £8.00 to cover both sessions including coffee and biscuits.
Organizer - Graham White (330155).
