40 YEARS OF FLAG! 2007 was the fortieth anniversary of the founding of FLAG. On Thursday 20th December,  we celebrated  with  a special evening.  Our guests were  The Chairman of Warwick District  Council  and his wife, the Mayor of  Royal Leamington Spa and his wife, our president David Barby, and  Founder Chairman, Hilary Bostock. We were shown 2 pictures, by local artist Tessa Beaver, which had been donated to the Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum by David Barby to mark the occasion. Our speaker for the evening was Maggie Cotton, who entertained us with tales of the CBSO. Our 40th Birthday Cake was cut by  Hilary, and flowers were presented to her and to Molly Carless, Founder Secretary. Our 40th Birthday Cake. Our Guests! Cutting the Cake.
